Introduction
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from MJP Supplies, a company trading within A Palmer & Son, located at Rose Villa Farm, Gypsy Lane, Gedney, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12 0AZ.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: Goods purchased from MJP Supplies are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Process for Returns: To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact MJP Supplies to request a Goods Return Authorization note. The Goods must be returned to MJP Supplies at the Buyer’s expense unless the Goods are defective or incorrect.
- Defective or Incorrect Goods: If the Goods are found to be defective or not as ordered, MJP Supplies shall, at its option, repair or replace the Goods, or refund the price paid. The Buyer must notify MJP Supplies within 3 working days upon discovery of any defect.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, MJP Supplies will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Statutory Rights: This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
